Abstract:
This is a book review from a designer’s perspective. The book is A Room of One’s Own, Virginia Woolf.
While social values can influence the design industry, the good news is that design is not only the result of domination but also a tool for voice and change. More and more designers realize that the purpose of design is not only the function but also the expression of opinions, storytelling, accommodations of emotions and so on.
